Of course you’re a hard worker. Of course your team needs you.  But if you’re sick and drag yourself into work, you’re really not doing anyone a favor. Without even bringing up the specter of a Swine Flu Pandemic, let’s just say your coworkers don’t want to catch what you have, and the best way to protect them is to stay away from work until you’re better.
